NEET 2017 Results: CBSE can declare results now, Supreme Court directs

The result of the National Eligibility Low Entrance Test (NEET) for admission in medical colleges will now come in line with the scheduled schedule. The Supreme Court has directed the CBSE to declare the results of the neutral.

The Supreme Court cancelled the order imposed on behalf of the Madras High Court for declaring the results of the examinations for admission in MBBS and BDS courses. The court gave this decision on the CBSE's petition.
Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court had banned issuing results on June 8. The decision was challenged by the CBSE in the Supreme Court.
In the examination, many petitions were filed in the Madras High Court citing inequality in the examination. In these petitions it was said that the question papers of regional languages ​​were simpler than the English in the examination. Along with this, the demand for cancellation of the examination was also done. In the Madras High Court, CBSE had denied inequality in the examination.
