NEET Not Uniform, Cancel it : Students




The Madras High Court on Thursday looked for the remain of Union wellbeing secretary, among others, on a request for cancelation of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) 2017 for admissions to MBBS and BDS courses.

Issuing notification to the Union government and others, Justice N Seshasayee of the Madurai seat of the court looked for their answers to the issues raised by the applicants for cancelation of the test led on May 7.



The applicants including one Jonila battled that NEET was not directed in a uniform way everywhere throughout the nation. They contended that diverse arrangements of question papers had been utilized as a part of better places in the nation, however uniform syllabus had been declared. The authorities did not educate that diverse arrangements of question papers would be coursed, the candidates said.

In Tamil Nadu, distinctive arrangement of inquiries were given for the individuals who settled on English and Tamil, the solicitors submitted and said the Tamil question paper was less demanding. "One India, one question paper in NEET is an absolute necessity, generally the scaling of insight and inclination would vary.

Consequently NEET examination ought to be scratched off and new examination with uniform question papers be led," the applicants submitted.

  1. The idea of re-NEET is a bad one!
    the question papers were different but were more or less of same difficulty level!
    you should know that jee mains occurs in 2 different paper. What is more funny- medical PG exam happens in almost 30 different sets!
    So cancellation of NEET 2017 just because question sets were different is totally nonsense!
